Fashioning Verisimilitude? With the move beyond science fiction, a genre not especially known for excellence, into the more mainstream and lucrative field of paranormal reality tv, a genre even less known for its excellence, quality programming is one of the last things I'd expect to see from SciFi, but if Ron Moore can hold out to his ideals, it's quite possible that the upcoming Battlestar Galactica series might not suck.

While pretty much everyone who follows the show has been aware of the production itself for some time, yesterday's new news was SciFi letting it be known that they'd be the ones to air the upcoming Henson/Hallmark produced Farscape miniseries, an announcement that has had mixed reactions from fans.

Yeah, I dislike Skiffy as much as the next Farscape fan, but honestly I'm just looking forward to having the show back, even if only for a few nights. And I'm especially looking forward to the Bonnie Hammer spot before it airs where she admits that they were asses for cancelling it in the first place.
