I've been getting these emails also. they're formatted slightly differently, but they seem to
be from the same source. Take a look at one example:

This is the version that I received, but mine had a strange twist. I have received the same information from this
individual several times before. I did look at
the specifications very carefully for the DWG
that he specified to be built.

First of all at this time and date most of these
parts don't exist but if they do. Let's just say
this guy is out of it.

Asking for a Z-80 memory controller that can
handle 256 Gigabytes of SRAM and some other
AMD parts that don't exist, not even for use
in Black or Shadow project of the government or
military.

I am a former computer / electronics engineer and
software programmer.

A Z-80 is a Central Processing Unit that was of
the late 1970s to early 1980s era only capable of
directly access 64 Kilobytes (65536 bytes) of RAM
whether it be SRAM or DRAM. Even the Z-80 series
Memory Management Unit (MMU) couldn't even get to
256 Kilobytes. So trying to interface an 8-bit
address and data buses to that kind of memory is
absolutely insane, not to mention down right
idiotic. One Gigabyte of RAM corresponds to
1,073,741,824 byes of RAM. In order for that guy
to be able to access that kind of memory he would
need an a 38-bit address range on his MMU. I'll
be completely honest with you ladies and
gentlemen. I have never seen a 38-bit CPU or MMU
before in my life. I have seen 32, 48, 64, and
an ultra rare 128 bit (a real 128-bit)CPU that is
still in engineering.

The other problem with his specifications is
the amount of memory and the type of memory he
has specified. 256 GB of DRAM is pushing it but
256 GB of SRAM is really out of the question.
DRAM (Dynamic RAM) has a much smaller die size
than that of SRAM (Static RAM). DRAMs hold data
in a tiny capacitors for each bit that are
controlled by Column and Row refresh logic.
SRAMs hold data in between transistors, there are
many different designs that I have seen for dense
SRAMs but they all look pretty much the same in
the die (the actual chip inside the casing).

Then he compounds the problem about getting all
that into a wrist watch. I am sorry but the best
the manufacturing and foundries can do is .10 um,
most are .18 and .25 um in die reduction size.
Attempted to cram in 256 GBs of RAM into .10 um
die, well lets put it this way, the substrate
would have to be huge. Unless he was thinking of
using Hologramic memory, that is another can of
worms (or bits if you wish).

The size of this would have to be getting into
nano and pico technology. Problem is, then you
are messing around with sub-atomic particles,
and this is not fun to do, trust me on this one.

The fact that this E-Mail he all gave us to
contact him at a Federal Government Projects
E-Mail address is another concern.

I have not done an investigation of that E-Mail
account and why bother? Sounds to science
fiction-like, I do believe it could be the CIA,
DARPA, DIA, or NSA looking for new suckers to
bite. To see what kind of technology they may
have and how they could utilize it for their own
black and shadow projects.

Put it this way, once you have submitted any of
your inventions to a shadowy mass such as this,
you may find yourself being harassed by people
you never knew existed or can't prove they
exist. If this does happen, there is no legal
recourse and nobody will be able to help you.

Summary:

It appears that he is crazy but as for the E-Mail
address that he gives you to respond, it makes
me think otherwise. Yes he is crazy but what is
a federal funding programming E-Mail address
doing on the reply for the message? Hmmm...
I shall let the rest of you in on a little secret
about these screwy E-Mails, from time to time
everyone has accessed information pertaining to
UFO / Alien / Government Projects, etc. Whether
or not you intended to do that is out of the
question. There are sites that can grab your IP
address and E-Mail account and start sending you
information, such as this nut-case E-Mails.
Everyone that is getting these E-Mails are on a
mailing list. I am currently looking for the
database that has this information. I shall
post the information to get yourselves off of
that service, if and when I find it.
