A Summer Tip!!!

Have some bananas laying around that are just a bit too ripe for assaulting others or regular peel-back-and-eat style eating? Too lazy to make banana bread?

Make freezer banana pop things instead.

Take oldish(but not nasty old) banana. Remove and discard peel. Set peeled banana on a sheet of plastic wrap. Fold plastic wrap over the banana and mash it(the banana) into whatever shape you find most pleasing and/or efficient for storage. Rectangles are a good shape, being both pleasing and efficient. Freeze.

You may eat your banana pops whenever the desire strikes you. Or keep them in the freezer indefinitely, waiting for the species to go extinct so you can sell them on the blackmarket.
